Page protectors

Sorry if I've asked this before, but where do you guys buy your page protectors and for how much? I have to buy some again and I usually go for the cheapest/best buy Michaels has. I'm wondering though if I'm paying too much. TIA

I get mine from the dollar store near my house. They are nice thick protectors and they come in a pack 10 for $1 Smile

I get mine from michaels, they are the only store around here who carries my size and type I like. Smile I can't remember how much they are but I assume they weren't to much as I bought like 4 or 5 in one trip, and I think each package came with 10.. Hope you find a good deal.

Luckily our local Walmart carries the 12x12 and 8.5x11. I can't even remember how much i've paid, but I remember it was less that Hobby Lobby or Michael's.

well, I use the DCWV albums now and I can't find ANY protectors that fit just right. so I ordered a bunch online to tide me over. I'm almost due for stocking up again. I'm sure I pay more than I should, but I try to save money on the albums themselves so I think it evens out.

I try to buy the alboms with a bunch of pages already in it. Whenever I add pages I feel my books tend to fall apart. Maybe I am doing it wrong???

I buy them at walmart, but I don't buy them from the scrapbook aisle. I use 3 ring binders and just use the page protectors in the school supplies area. They are just a few dollars for a big pack.

maybe. you should get the snap load converter system, then your books will never fall apart. whenever I have a 50% off coupon and I don't need anything else, I buy another converter system since I have plenty of books to use it for.
