I made some party favors for Kayson's birthday party next month. I got ahead of the game, because the next two weeks are going to be swamped for me and I'll probably put my scrapbooking supplies away for a while. (I've got a catering jobs everyday) Anyways, I followed the instructions someone posted a loooong time ago for sour cream containers
I made them in three different colors, as I ran out of scraps.
I loved the acrylic, but hate how I had to use staples, because the glue stick just wouldn't make the edges stick enough. So I went with paper. After I did them all I thought of using vellum! Duh. Oh well, I like how they turned out anyways.
And these are his invites so far.
I got lazy and didn't feel like coloring them in last night. I printed the wording and used my monkey stamps for the images. So they are hybrid invites. Easy!
And a layout I completed too from some pics of Kayson's playdate last week
closeup of the butterfly cut with Home Accents. I used one of my monkey vine stamps for the squiggly line.
