quick question

I was looking through the past challenge for circles and I loved all the pages! I really would like to do Ryne's Christmas page using circles...so my question is...do you ladies use a circle punch? several punches for different size circles? Or do you use something else to cut them out? I have this thing that comes with stencils and you are supposed to trace around the stencil to cut out the shape only I come to find out tonight that its horrible! My dh even tried to use it thinking it was user error  and he says to me "tomorrow go buy yourself a punch" haha. Thanks in advance!

On my circle page (which wasn't in the challenge, but here it is) I used a cool whip lid, Medela bottle lid, a coffe cup, and a bowl for my circles! Lol I am not a fancy person. It worked. Now it wasn't fun cutting them out myself, but it worked right?!

Those pages are great! and exactly what I am looking to do...a couple different size circles...I was thinking of doing the same thing..using a bowl but then what did you use to cut it out with? good old fashioned scissors? or did you use a craft knife?

I do that to, I have used bowls, plates, flower pots, peanut butter lids, cd's, and just about anything else I can get my hands on that is a circle. I just use scissors to cut them out.

I love my Creative Memories Circle Cutters set and highly recommend it, because it cuts circles in all different sizes in no time. But when I need a larger circle than the stencils, I will use bowls or various lids, etc.

I think I got my very simple circle cutter at a craft store, probably Micheal's. I know I didn't pay a fortune, b/c I didn't want to pay a fortune for one, but it's adjustable and you get several blades. Just need to make sure you are putting enough pressure so it won't slide, otherwise it does the job.

I don't know if I paid $20 for it?!?
