Religious Birthday Card

My hubby fell in love with this card when I was looking for ideas awhile ago so I wanted to make him one for his birthday.

That's a beautiful card! Great lift, too. I hope he loved it! Smile

The Lord's Prayer, was that a stamp that you cut or was it from a paper?

it's beautiful!

but that crucifix seems really heavy for the card. is it? (just saying due to the thickness of it)

It is very substantial. The front of the card has enough layers that it doesn't stress it at all. The back of the card curled before I even started working on it. The crucifix itself is from Jerusalem so it's special to him. He is having a custom frame made for the card.

For any other person I wouldn't have done such a huge cross, but this is my Pastor husband. We have a wall of crosses in our house, plus crucifixes in every room (even the bathrooms) for goodness sake. LOL
