How are you feeling? Ready for baby Randy?

How's Ruthie so far taking this? Is she excited?

Any pregnancy scrap pages?

Awww....you are too sweet! I can't believe I am already in the 3rd trimester! Yahoo

I am feeling really well. I truly enjoy being pregnant, even during the hard times. It has to be the most amazing experience ever. I love feeling him move & kick. I almost forgot how much I missed being pregnant with Ruthie. I was feeling a little low the past few weeks, mainly due to allergies that I CAN NOT kick, but I am on some anitibotics now, so hopefully we will nip that.

As for being ready- I would say, yes, we are ready, but not prepared, if that makes sense. We are moving Ruthie into a new room, so he will have her old room. So, first things first, we have to get Ruthie's room ready. We planned on doing it for her 3rd (yes 3rd  ) b-day, but things aren't looking too good. We have to paint, and find some mattresses. I ordered her some new bedding (it looks like this one, but in a twin size) and I can't wait to finish it, so I CAN start on his room.
There is a guy Randall works with that does wood working on the side, amazing work. He is giving us a cradle in swap of some wood. I am super thrilled about this. Biggrin We just need to get a carseat, new swing, (Ruthie's is too old, b/c it was my nephew's) and then I think we will be set. I am not too worried about clothes, b/c I am sure he'll get plenty at the shower. But, other than that, we are sooooo ready.

Ruthie is super excited, but I don't know how long that will last once he gets here. She does cry for him often, and it's so sweet. We *try* to explain to her that he needs to get bigger, but she keeps telling us she wants him to be small. She doesn't quite get it. She just thinks the doc is going to "pull him out of my belly" and then he'll be here. She melts my heart. Biggrin

I haven't scrapped any but the one I showed the last time I shared. It's on this post. I don't take belly pics, b/c I don't feel pretty. I feel like a beached whale, and I look like one too. I do plan on scrapping some pages about the months. I need to start on that.

Boy, I wrote you a book....sorry. I really appreciate you thinking of me. Biggrin

Awww, I'm sure you don't look like a beached whale!

Sounds like you still have a lot to do, especially with getting the rooms ready. I don't envy you that.

When is your shower?

:yahoo:YAY for being in your 3rd trimester! I can't believe you'll be holding that sweet boy in no time. Boys are so much fun, you're just gonna love it.

Ruthie's new bedding is ADORABLE!!!! Wow, if we ever have a girl, do you mind if I copy you? I really, really love that! She can grow into that and it not get old.

And you DO NOT look like a beached whale. Don't even say that silly.

I am not sure yet. My sister just asked me where I want it at. Plus, I am pretty sure the church will throw me one b/c there is another girl due the same day, so I figure we will get one together. I don't know when it will be yet.

Charys- I don't mind if you copy me. Biggrin The thing is, I caught an AWESOME deal. I paid $6.50 for the twin comforter, skirt, valance, and pillowcase. It was $20 shipping, but heck, $27, I couldn't beat that. I love it b/c she can grow into it!

Wow what a deal. So has Ruthie been in a crib up till now?

Patrick is still in his crib too and I would like to keep him there until three. I know it's late but I just can't stand to have my baby grow up so fast. My uncle slept in his crib till he started kindergarten. I honestly wouldn't mind if he did that.

Sadie, I bet you look great. I'm sure you're far from a beached whale. Biggrin Little boys are SO much fun.

I bet Ruthie is super excited about her new room. That bedding is gorgeous, I love it.

Wow Sadie that bedding is beautiful. Definitely something she can grow up and what a great deal. I agree I'm sure you don't look like a beached whale, after all pregnancy is beautiful. Glad to hear you are doing well in your 3rd trimester. Hope everything continues to go well for you. Can't believe little Randy is almost here. So exciting!!! That's so adorable what Ruthie says about him as well.

Sorry, I started to reply to this the other day, and my computer froze. She has been sleeping in a toddler bed, which is pretty much just her crib. It was one that grew with her. But, we plan on using it with Randy, so that's why she's going into a twin bed. The day she tried to climb out, we took it apart, and made it into a toddler bed. I didn't plan on doing it before then.

Are you using a side rail guard on the twin bed with Ruthie? We are about to make the transition to a twin bed for T.J. since we will need his bed back in crib formation. I haven't decided yet. He doesn't fall out of our bed but he sometimes falls out his. It just seems so high.

It came with a side rail. To be honest with you, it didn't do much good. I would suggest one that is a bit taller. Ruthie fell out of her bed a few times, but never woke up. Silly girl. It wasn't far from the floor at all.
