This is the 1st time for me, but it looks cool! I have so many downloaded fonts for my invitation business, that it would be cool to use them through the Cricut too. I'll have to research it more.

That looks like it could be neat. I'd be very hesitant to use non-cricut software in the cricut though because if something did mess up the operating system in the cricut, I wonder if it'd still be covered?

This seems to be all the rage on the Cricut message board. Everyone is doing a lot of cool things with this. I am waiting until the warranty on my Cricut expires because Provo will not cover your machine if you have installed non Cricut software. I am very close to getting this though because there are character fonts out there that you could use instead of carts.

My issue would be font storage because that can take up a lot of memory. Also, it would be harder to rely completely on my computer's organization to be able to find stuff. It took me a while to get a Cricut so I don't want to mess it up but if I was in a better financial situation where I could replace it more easily, I would give it a go.

Hmmm, that's cool! I remember hearing about it somewhere, but never really looked into it. That would be great!

I just got SCAL for Christmas! I've cut some things with it! I have about 1200 fonts and it works GREAT!

Rumor has it that it'll void your Cricut warranty... but there's NOTHING installed on your Cricut machine, so ProvoCraft would never know if you used it or not.

Nevertheless, my warranty is void anyway. I've had my Expression for more than a year.

I'll try to post some SCAL creations within the next few days!
