Technique challenge - Texture - Deadline June 5th

Texturise-it technique challenge!

I challenge you to add texture to your page or card. Both paper and digi-scrappers should be able to achieve this.

Examples:
Add fabric, satin, buttons, stiches, glitter, metal, tulle, cording etc.
Use different textured ribbons, paper, metallic papers.
Crimp, tear, fold, wrinkle paper.
Try sanding, sewing, inking, stamping, chalking, etc.

Have fun! Remember to turn your siggy's off so we can see the gorgeousness!

Darn, I just passed up some really cute textured paper at archivers since I had already spent too much. Now I'll have to go back, lol.

I whipped this one out in about an hour. Yay me! I'm finally participating in something!

1. Birthday Boy - Flocking
2. 3 blue stars - Glitter
3. Crimping
4. Fiber
5. Buttons

Little saying - I still need to work on my candle blowing technique.

textures was tough for me...

folded ribbon, fuzzy bear, bow, side ribbon

I think the paper ladies have cooler textures than me, but i love a challenge!

I'm sneaking mine in at the last minute! Flickr is taking forever to upload. Wink

Most of the elements are from one of the kit's that Trina gifted me as a prize for the VC! Smile I still need to fix the writing on the tag so it fits better.

Thanks! That burlap mat made me change everything I had started on this LO (before I got the kit). But it screamed "texture". Smile

My mom made Caleigh's outfit. It has a hat that matches as well. I think it's sooo cute. Smile
