    Default textured cardstock + cricut

is there a trick to get textured cardstock to stick to the cricut mat?

every time i'm using it it will be fine for a little bit while it's cutting but then the paper comes loose and i have to stop cutting. any tricks you've learned?

I don't do well with texture at all. I can do bazzil fine, but other texture seems to tear.

but what I do for the paper that won't stay still is put some adhesive on the back of it and stick it to the mat. that seems to almost always work.

ohhh that's a good idea! i'll try it. i've got so much textured cardstock on hand already it'd be a shame if i can't use it with the cricut, ya know!?!

I tape the edges of cardstock that wants to move on me. Just a couple little tabs of tape does the trick. HTH! Oh and when you re-sticky with the Zig 2-way glue you probably won't ever have that problem again, because it stickies so well.

vellum spray works like magic. I don't have one but that is what I use at my sisters.
