Okay I know it's late. It's 7:15 in California, so I know probably half the board is getting ready for bed, but I just wanted to share something.
If you are going to use baby jars, or any sort of jar, that has had glue on it, to hold a label there, nail polish remover works very well to remove sticky stuff.
Now, I learned this a long time ago at a jewelry store where we sold Swarvoski crystals, but we always used cotton balls, which seems to just not work too well because sometimes the cotton sticks to the glue more than it removes it and it just ends up being a mess. So today, I came up with a better solution. Diapers. Yep. You read that right. Use a diaper that is too small or the tab ripped and you can't used it... Whatever. It's just one diaper. Pour the nailpolish remover on there and use that. The lining keeps the cotton from sticking and the nail polish remover gets the sticky off.
Genius! GREAT tip!! Thanks for helping Slacker here. I've had no fresh ideas for tips.

What a good idea! I have never thought of a diaper. We havnen't had dipes in the house in a long time (almost 14 months), but we have a few packages now!
