I thought we could share some of our most used tips and tricks here.
Cricut/Sihouette mats can be reused when they lose their stick. I know some people like to use glue pens but what works best for me to is clean the mat with water and dish soap. We made a mask to lay over the top of it the mat so that none of the non sticky parts show ( you don't want the rollers on your machine to get sticky). I spray the mats with adhesive spray. It works perfect for me and I haven't had to buy new mats in a long long time.
You can also use Cricut mats in your Silhouette machine.
I also like to make my own glue dots. I squeeze a drop of Aleene's tack it over and over glue onto a piece of wax paper. Once it tries, it is a perfect glue dot.
