OMG I can't believe there were NO words on this post. I will chalk that up to Preggo brain.
Quinn's dad lives in Arizona, so she talks to him on the phone a lot. At seven i am just glad she doesn't have a hammy look on her face.
I love to scrapbook and I love all the lines of paper. But I find that when you buy a line of papers in A,Band C colors all the matching embellishments from that line match too well and just blend in. So when i did this LO I started with the buttons. Which are from Target Dollar spot mailed to me from a Scrappy friend in IA.
So I liked at the buttons which had an odd mix of colors. But since I liked it I picked papers to match. But since I have been scrapbooking for a long time I have a lot of old stuff. I am trying to be less matchy match and more adventursome. After all it is scrapbooking not rocket surgery. Easy enough to say but my latest LO was a flop.
The blue paper is Vintage chatterbox it is probably 5 years old, The green is Scenic Route Metropolis which is a spring Cha from 2 years ago. The red is reminiscence but it isn't as old. it was bought in AZ this spring. The flowers are moonbean primas, the doodling is a crafters workshop template. The heart and the Love are heidi Swapp stamps. I swear i am getting to the point where I CANNOT scrap without my black sharpie. But it is cheaper and easier than matting everything on black paper. The scallops are traced from a template and then I used my x-acto knife to cut outside the line.
LO from today that i am not liking as much as the last two...
Dasiy D paper~ Old. Transparency OLDER. My hand print, playing with paint. Red buttons. LOL I don't know what happened with this one, I guess it just didn't click for me. Oh well. Title ... and she has daddy's nose...

That's a great page! Can I ask about the background story? Is it dad?
Your colors are perfect! And I love the outlining on the edge of the scalloped border! Brilliant LO!
