Default Tutorial - Creating Realistic Drop/Cast Shadows (Digi scrappers)

This tutorial is AMAZING for showing you how to create realistic drop shadows. I thought I'd share it because I keep getting comments that my pages look paper scrapped, and this tutorial is how I learned how to do that.

Beth - I don't use gimp, but I googled it quickly:

    See if that makes sense?

I'm curious about more along the lines of the cast shadow vs. simply the drop shadow, plus that warp feature. I've used GIMP to add drops, but they're pretty much just a straight "drop" behind the element.

I really wish I had somewhere in person who could show me how to properly use GIMP for scrapping. Maybe I'll find someone someday because I know I could do so much more to my pages.

I can't do that in my program, it is one of only about 2 things that frustrates me in this program as I get more advanced.

See if you can make a new layer from a layer style - it should work if you can do that (follow the directions in the tutorial for that).
