VC Challenge #3 BINGO!

BINGO was pretty popular at the last Virtual Crop, so I thought we'd try it again. Smile You must create a layout using all elements in a row....up, down or diagonal.

Layout needs to be posted by midnight on Monday the 10th.

Im really proud of this one! I hope you like it. The only thing I dont like is that my tape is showing through the vellum Sad There's nothing I can really do about it now though. I did the diagonal row from the top right down to the left corner

Great LOs. I am trying to decide between 2 rows. For the staples, are they regular staples or special scrapbooking ones?

Regular staples, though if there is such a thing as special scrapbooking staple (?) then those work too.

I used the bottom row. I used the brads as bling and I didn't have any non christmas stamps, so I made a heart out of a scotch brite pad. It was clearly defined so I outlined it. I like how it has a kiddish feel. I hope this is okay. Also, I realized this has the quote for the months technique challenge. Is it okay to reuse it?

Not as happy with this page, but it's done. Smile Top row straight across. I was inspired to do this page by Tia's winter blue and red page. Thanks Tia for giving me ideas.

Just wanted to say to everyone I love all the pages great work.

Carrie, I love how you are trying so many new things. If you think you are just learning from us I just wanted to tell you that I learned something from you also... You did a page where you added strips of patterned paper to all 4 sides of your page. I loved how that looked so I copied it down so I could steal it. I can't wait to show you when I do.

Also, to you or anyone else if you have a page you are stuck on feel free to post the pics and your stuff and I can give you a sketch. I am not saying I am a pro or anything but I love making sketches for others:)

I seriously LOVE trying as much as I can of what you guys do. I have learned so much in the few months I've been here.

Ok, here's mine, but I'm not real crazy about how it turned out. I did the diagonal BINGO starting in the top right corner to bottom left corner. I tried using staples for the stem on the flowers, but I think it looks weird. I guess you have to acquire a love for staples on your pages, lol. Also, with the way my picture came out, you can't really see my "bling" that is inside the blue flower, it's actually a clear rhinestone.

what a cool idea to use the staples as the stems!!
the page is very cute!

and I love the twinsies page too!! (well not twinsies but YKWIM)

Lisa...I LOVE it. The staples are great, but IKWYM about feeling odd using staples to begin with. I had my reservations too. Lol I think you did a great job and can't wait till I can scrap my pink. Smile

what fantastic pages:D:yahoo: Great work everyone!

I did another...and it's a two pager but to make sure I was still playing by the rules I kept all the components in one page still. lol
I had the best time doing this 2 pager cuz I was reliving all of the good memories. It was great...and I had rockin' Christian music blasting...only problem is I kept bopping to the beat and messing my cutting up. LOL
Anyway P.Y.P.S is simply "Presbyterian Young People's Society"...which you can tell was named loooooong ago. lol Twice a year we would gather for these huge weekend conventions that were just a blast.
