Thread: VC Challenge #5B - BUSY BUSY BUSY

It amazes me how we can take a challenge and turn it into so many different things! Nice LO's. Here's mine:


My "bling" is the apples & also the bird's eyes:


I wanted to include something about the challenge so I would remember later why I chose those things in one LO:

Journaling says: A bird would fly onto the terrace so I started feeding it & soon we made a friend! The little tag: This page was made for a scrapbook challenge. The challenge was to use: blah, blah, blah

My "entry"

Ok, this one was really, really hard for me (this totally goes against my simple type of LO's. Though I somehow still kept it clean....LOL I really struggled b/c I had a hard time finding 3 photos, I ended up taking one of the photos from another LO I was previously working on just so I can do this challenge. I was looking forward to doing this challenge b/c I do keep things so simple. Here's my BUSY, BUSY, BUSY LO....



3 Embellies - Brad, Button, Eyelet
Bling - My title, they sure don't look shiny in this picture, but they are.

Okay, I did a scraplift within this challenge! I had already cut my squares and was planning to put them in a row, when I saw the way catwmn (sorry, I don't remember your name!) stacked them, and I loved it!



Overall, I really like the way it turned out. You can see the glue through my ribbon, which stinks. What is the best way to put ribbon on, BTW?

Kelly, wow! Your apple tree went into my lift folder. That is sooooo cute! Love the birds too. Some stamps at Michael's I got today remind me so much of this page. I've got to post a pic now.

Aja, I'm so impressed how you could take this busy challenge and create a page that is soooo Signature Aja. Clean! I really love it!

I wasn't sure about this challenge (like many of you, totally out of my element), but I am LOVING what everyone is doing here!!! I really hope to give this one a try.
