The trees along the bottom were actually part of the paper. It was from a fall theme paper pack from the dollar section at Target.

Yup, that's basically what I did. I use IPhoto on my Mac and there are 'effects' buttons that you can pick. I used the 'fade color' one, which automatically lesses the saturation.
The effects that I can chose from are:
B&W, Sepia, Antique, Fade color, Boost color, Matte, Vignette, and Edge Blur. It makes changing a picture really easy!

Great ladies. Here was mine, just for fun, but I actually entered it in the scraplift instead.

Here is mine. I am still at a loss of what else to add to it.
