Default VC Challenge #6 - hybrid

Let's try some hybrid projects - anything you want. Cards might be the easiest, but any new hybrid project is welcome.

For those unfamiliar with hybrid, it combines digital and paper. Most commonly it is done by making the base with digital and then printing it and cutting/pasting to finish it.

Get creative! Find some cute picture and elements or even papers online and print them out to use on your pages/cards. Also, if you look around online, you can often find hybrid projects like bags, tag albums and more.

Your name will go into the drawing for each project you make.

Here are some actual projects I made. They were really easy. I purchased the kit at 3scrapateers and I'm actually working on another one right now.
    Box, cards and envelope

    Candy wrappers and stickers

There are some cute project here:

Will someone try downloading these and be sure that it is possible? (I have a paid membership there so hard to tell what is open to all)

i have a question...how do you print these things out? i mean for the cards for example...what do you print it on? I have regular paper and I have photo paper but thats it. Not sure of what else I could use to print on? Dont think regular paper would do the trick as it gets kinda weird when glued somewhere... not sure though. I was just wondering about this cuz i have a pretty decent printer and im sure i could make cute cards like that but im not sure what paper i need. thanks

Cards are printed on cardstock. The front of my cards (bunnies) are printed on coverstock (which is lighter than cardstock but heavier than paper); cardstock would work too. The boxes and gift bags are also cardstock. The candy wrappers and cup wrappers are just plain paper.

How fun was this!! It took only minutes to do and I made it hybrid by adding some embellies.

ETA, I got these off of GottaPixel.net. (thanks to Stephanie for the idea)
