What would you do? (selling stuff)

Okay, so I'm still trying to sell my Sizzix stuff on craigslist. I've dropped the price some.

I'm selling the actual Sizzix machine, three Sizzlet fonts (they were originally $149 each), four large dies (filmstrip is one), and then a FULL Fun Serif font - upper/lower case (each retailed for about $200), numbers & punctuation. Full retail on all of that stuff is over $600, easily. However, with the Cricut out there, the Sizzix stuff isn't worth as much anymore. I'm asking for $275 for everything.

The two most expensive items in the lot are the upper and lowercase fonts. A woman emailed me today and wants just those two items. I did a quick search on ebay to see what they're going for (with shipping) and determined that $65/each sounded fair to me. She countered back with $100 for both. It's money that I could immediately have in my pocket ... but I don't feel like that's a fair price. Yet I've been trying to see this stuff for a while.

What would you do?

Here's the listing if you want to see the pictures and such:

i wouldnt take $100 for them since they cost soo much in the beginning! you are already taking a hit on them because of the cricut being out. but do you really want to go THAT low? just make sure you are positive with your choice Smile dont sell them for that and then get home and think "man i should have got more money for them!" lol

Have they been listed on CL long? If so, are there many inquiries? I'd say if there are no other inquiries and they've been on there long, I'd go for it, you're only talking about a 30.00 difference...it's not THAT much. IMO. But if you just listed them, I'd wait a bit before taking any less.

I've been listing them off and on for several months ... only one person asked about one of the Sizzlits fonts, but then never got back to me.

She just wrote me again and offered $150 for the numbers and the alphabets. I might just take that, it's probably the best offer I'll get.

Honestly I would take it. It's cash in hand and you can focus on something else and make space.

I'd take it. You're not using it, the longer you wait it might just be less and less you're going to get. Might as well get something for it and get it out of your house!

I now have $160 cash in my pocket. Wink she bought the punctuation too. I sold it all for less than I really wanted ... but at the same time, I still have three sizzlit fonts, the actual "machine", and a converter to use the sizzlits. wonder what I can get for all of that?

oh, and four large dies too.

There are some really good deals on carts in some online stores. Let me know what carts you are looking for and I can keep my eye out for you, if you want.

This store has some really, really good prices on some of the newer carts like Hello Kitty Font, Sesame Street Font, etc. Her shipping is really fast too, sometimes the shipping cost is pretty high for some reason but all you have to do is e-mail her and she will double check to correct it if it's wrong. http://jujubeesscrapbookcorner.com/index.php/cPath/21_27
