what's coming in the mail ...

I ordered a QuickKut Silhouette (merry X-mas to me) and it should get here any day! I'm really excited. DH tried to buy me a Cricut at Walmart the other day, but I really wanted to go with something that is cartridge-less.

It's like a cricut, but instead of cartidges, you use whatever you design on your computer.

Is that one of the ones that uses fonts? There are so many really cool "fonts" out there that are actually characters and such. Do you have to use Quickutz software or anything?

Ooo! Im so jealous Wink There are a few people I know with those or similar ones...maybe I should just use theirs. Is it easy to store cut outs or not? And how do you fasten them? Do they come out in one fluid piece or in each individual letter?

I don't know!!! Hopefully I can tell you all more when I get to use it. There are instructions on their website (see link) on how to weld letters together.
