you just can't think of a layout? What is your favorite website/magazine to get ideas from?
I used to buy magazines pretty regularly but I only buy them every once in a while now and I jut buy whatever looks good the day I look. I read it and then tear it to shreads and I have a binder with all the layouts and ideas in it that I can pull inspiration from. I look through there first and then check out twopeasinabucket.com and see what they have in the gallery.
Here is some pics of the notebook. Sometimes I draw sketches in there when I see one or see something ( like a shampoo bottle LOL)
I usually just type in scrapbook gallery into yahoo search and pick and choose.
If I'm at an event, I'll go peak at other's albums. If I'm buy myself, I usually just make do with what I have and it's one of those less then spectacular pages...
I do get CM's Lasting Memories magazine and I have some idea books. I don't usually think of digging in those though...
I LOVE your idea Angie! That's awesome! I am going to have to do that as well.
I usually look up sketches on the net or in a scrapping magazine.
I just stare into space until something comes to me. lol! Or sometimes I ask dh...his ideas aren't too shabby!
My favorite sites are:
oh I love Ali Edwards too. Her stuff is so great!
Isn't it, though? She has quite the eye for photography and well, everything and anything to do with paper, pictures, and a camera. I love how she's always evolving, always pursuing the newer, better version of herself.
Ali Edwards is amazing! I love her blog. I usually will flip through my old scrapbooking magazines or any other magazine. I like "lifting" ad pages or article pages.
LOL i read her site as Alied Wards LOL oops i was like.... what? lol
haha, that made me giggle.
I usually go to pagemaps.com, scrap-maps.com, ebay and etsy.
I look at things I've put into my 'favorites' at online galleries - CK has a good one for paper scrappers.
I ususally go to scrapbook.com. The stuff is fairly easy and I've got a l.o. that I've been working on forever that I got inspired on there, but if it will ever get done remains to be seen.
I've never really used any of the ideas that I have found in magazines or online. I should do that sometime, lol.
