    Default would you do this?

I'm trying to plan out my scrapbook for Emma and what pics to print ect. I made a pregancy book with DD #1 but i'm not really planning on doing that with Emma because I already have those pictures scrapped in Becky's book.

I do want to put in all my belly pics though... here's my thought, use this pic for the first page with stats

This is how i would do it (this is DD#1) but in lavender, I want to copy my own idea

and then on the next LO do my belly pics:

the reason i would do this is because the first page is only 1 page, and then the 2nd Pg is a 2 pg LO... KWIM? or would i just leave the 1st page blank or put writing, then the 2nd page with tthe belly pics and then so on with her birth.... I'm leaning toward putting her on the first page and then the belly pics, but what do you all think?

I would do the 1st page with her and the stats.

I did this with mine. I took her 7 week u/s and I told the story of how I found out about her and how God was looking out for both of us (it's a funny story and I don't know if you can read it in the pic.)

    i can't read the pic.....

i guess my question is, it won't be in the right order... KWIM? but i don't think that really matters for just 1 page...

You are right, it doesn't really matter, I think of it as an introduction page, so really that first page could be anything you want it to be.

As I say, the sky is the limit and let your creative mind take over.

I personally like the idea you have, and you can always do a different title that would tie it into the pages to follow..... "In the Life of....." What about doing a picture of her and a poem that introduces her life?

For Andrea's first page, we are just doing a pic of her that says Celebrate on it. In other words, it shows her but doesn't really say anything important.

I think either way is fine.

on DS & DDs first pages, i have their "coming home" picture and their stats. Then the 2-3 pages are in the hospital. That way my first page isn't blank. I always copy LO's, just in a different color. i'm lazy like that!

I think that is a great idea. It will be the cover page. Then you can go in order of time...

I have seen several baby books and most of them started with a newborn picture of the baby.

My favorite baby book that one of my friends did...started with a pic of the newborn. Then the next page was a brief explanation of how the parents met and married with a wedding pic. The next page was a pic of the home they were in when she conceived the baby. From there she did her belly shots, etc. I thought it was a great introduction for the baby and what a special memory for them to have of their parents.
