Default WWYD? More b-day party stuff (totally OT)

Okay girls. Help me out here. Please.

    I'm at my wits end.

I finally found a number for the San Ramon Parks District (where we live) and they are totally booked for the day of the party, and the day before too. There are still five tables available, but I would have to be first come first serve, so we're talking about being there at 7 a.m. I had the party scheduled for 2 pm and I haven't sent out invites yet so this isn't a major problem, but if I have to be there from 7 a.m. to 5, I'm going to die of exhaustion. So I'm thinking of moving the party up to 10 a.m. The main problem with this is DH has a concert that he wants to go to about an hour and a half way the night before. I know this concert won't be over till probably 12:30 or later, so that means.... I'm going to be totally and completly by myself in setting up everything and there is no way, I'm bringing a two year old to the park while I'm trying to set up for a party. It also puts DH in charge of getting the ballons, the food and everything else into coolers and to the park on time. You don't know my DH. Thats a lot of responsibility and I'm a total control freak when it comes to things like this.
There is another park that is available, but it doesn't have a water feature and if it's 105 like it was this weekend, water is a necessary evil. I also don't know how much shade there is around the playground as I've never been there before.

    Help! What would you do?

Can you rope in any friends to help out? At least just to watch Patrick?

My next door neighbor is always willing to help out and vice versa. We both are moms to small kids. We understand what its like.

How about if DH goes down early to save your spot and sleeps at the picnic table?
