2 month appointment
Audrey had her 2 month appointment today. She is 21.5 inches (from 19.5 at birth) and 10 lbs 5 oz (from 7 lbs 1 oz at birth). Doc seems happy with her, and was pleased to see how actively she moves her little arm around. She got her shots, and has been a bit fussy today, but otherwise is doing great.
We have our first appointment on Monday at the prosthetic clinic. I think its just a consultation, and a meeting with the occupational therapist (OT) to talk about exercises etc to encourage muscle growth in the little arm. I told DH about the appointment and he asked if I wanted him to come. I told him if he could take the time off work, and wanted to, of course. But that I wasn't going to "make" him if he didn't. He responded that he would like to be involved in the process.
So happy to hear that! He is so in love with Audrey, and things are much better between the two of us as well.
Will update after the appointment on Monday, and I will make a point of getting some pics of A in all her glory this weekend!-----------------------------------------------------

I'm glad she is growing well and moving her little arm around. So happy that DH wants to be involved in the whole thing.

You grew that baby girl well!! Evie was 7lbs even at birth and just the other day was a little over 11lbs at 14 weeks 1 day. You are doing great!
I'm so glad that DH is wanting to be involved in this process. It's good to have a second set of ears when you need to recall what was discussed at the appointment.

Awww...glad she's doing well.

Meghan, what great news all around! So glad your DH is getting fully on board, especially after all that stress during the pregnancy. Let us know how the appointment Monday goes!
