    Default Boobs

I'm over the soreness of them. My nipples are super sensitive though. I know that boobs are supposed to grow during pregnancy and I remember them doing it last time. At 16 wks, I have already went up a cup! I couldn't believe it. I'm normally a B so being in a C so soon makes me wonder what I'll be in towards the end. Anyone else had to go up a size already?

How about down almost a size? I was breastfeeding up until 2 weeks ago and when I weaned DS I deflated, which I didn't really expect since I'm pregnant and I really didn't even have any milk left but I guess it still happens even if you're pregnant I was super sore during nursing for a few weeks but don't really have any soreness anymore, I'm sure my boobies are breathing a temporary sigh of relief

Last time around they weren't sore and I didn't need a new bra until closer to the end.

This time around they started hurting at around five weeks. They were sore and itchy and tingling and it sucked. I finally realized that part of the reason they hurt was that they were being squished in my bra. So I pulled out some of the bras I had packed away with my maternity clothes. Sure enough, I had to go up not only a cup size, but a bra size as well. I went from a 34B (and a small B at that) to a 36C, at 6 weeks!!! I am curious to see how much bigger they get before the little one arrives. Last time I went up to a D (after baby got here) so we'll see.

I don't mind getting bigger because I've always been on the smaller side but I could do without the discomfort that comes with it. They are still sore, itchy, and tingly at times. Poor Chris, he's not used to being banned from that area but I can only tolerate so much on certain days.

I was a C when I got pregnant the first time and never had any soreness or tenderness. I became a D at 10 weeks. I couldn't nurse and pumped for 5 months and never "deflated" as a previous poster said....

Had 2 days of severe soreness this time but it went away. Haven't grown any yet and would be SO okay if I never grew any ever again.

Mine have not grown and they usually don't. My nipples are still very sensitive and I have noticed in the last couple weeks that my aerolas are growing and becoming very dark.

My boobs were SOOO sore for the first 10 weeks or so. My poor DH was heartbroken as, of course, they're his favorite toys lol! I was so relieved when they stopped hurting, but still my nipples are very sensitive, and occasionally I feel pain deep in the tissues. I've definitely gotten larger, which stinks because I was already DD pre-preg. I've made due with some of my stretched out bra's for now, but its clear they don't fit right, and I'll have to suck it up and get some maternity bra's. I didn't have to with either of my previous pregnancies, so I'm scared of the size I'm going to end up wearing!

In the last week mine have become soooo sore! I've been nursing my 18 mo old but it's been about a week now since he's last nursed, which I'm thankful for with as sore as I've been lol I keep expecting them to deflate too but nope - their getting bigger.

It's so nice to know that for whatever reason, boobs are man's real best friend. I thought it was only my DH. Now especially that they are bigger, he's always wanting to "play". If he could only stay away from the nipples (that are oh so large), it would be fine. Every now and then I get the tingling and pain that I associate with breastfeeding. I didn't bf DS but I remember the feeling while I was trying to dry up.

I am out of pre-pg bras and into my maternity ones. I went down after DD and I am back to where I was during my pg last time so I am hoping I will follow the same pattern. This time though my boobs were never sore and when nursing DD, I never got to the point where I was engorged - I am also hoping to follow that pattern as well!

i am a busty gal, i became VERY busty withine the first 6-7 weeks being pregnant. i wore sports bras until about 4 weeks ago and now i seem to have evened out for now. they arent sore or painful anymore, but occasionally i get Lighting type sensations deep down in the tissue that do hurt. if large now, how bad is it gonna get when i breast feed? i told DH that if breast feeding doesnt reduce them, them im getting a reduction down the road. of course, he does want to lose "his toys" either. lol
