Gift for midwife

I'm kind of fishing for ideas Smile Today I had my postpartum appointment, everything went great (unless you count my weight, first time I've gone to a postpartum appointment weighing more than prepregnancy Sad I've only lost half of my pregnancy weight so far). Anyways, I got a picture of Isaiah and my midwife and she said she wants a copy. So I'm going to make a copy and I wanted to send a gift of some sort with. I don't want to do a giftcard...it just seems to impersonal. She really stood up for me, she knew I wanted to be in the water and she made it happen (even though in the moment I didn't think to ask) against the nurses wishes and I know she took some flack for it. Really, she's just a great midwife and she made sure I got the birth I wanted and she sat next to me the whole time I was in the hospital for active labor and the birth encouraging me and I want to give her something to show her how much I appreciate it...but I'm blanking on the *what*. So, anyone have any ideas?

What is your price range? The family crystals necklace is beautiful!! Does she have children? It is on sale for 29.99 with free shipping.

The jewelry is super expensive but the art is neat and she could put it in her office.
