I have a little roly poly today

Simone started rolling over from back to tummy on New years day. The first couple days she would get ticked off when she was on her tummy. Today? She' tolling all over my living room and just surveying the scene while on her tummy. While I love that she's rolling over and how cute she looks propping herself on those chubby arms, I want her to slow down just a bit. Sad

Here is a recent picture of her(taken on Monday as we watched the Rose Parade)

Go Simone! Go!
Selah has rolled about 6 times this week from her tummy to her back. I don't think it will be long before she has mastered rolling. She's arching her back and moving around a lot now during floor/play time. These darn babies are growing way.too.fast.!

The girls can roll both ways and love sleeping on their bellies!

Audrey is close to rolling over, but she has started to rotate. I will put her donw on the floor on her back one way and come back and find her 90 or 180 degrees turned! She has also started to scoot backwards on her back, but only when naked. With her cloth diapers on her bum is too big and her legs aren't on the floor, but naked she pushed down with her feet and straightens her legs and shoots herself backwards!!

Haha, same here! Tonight I came back to her after throwing away a diaper and had to ask DH if he had moved her, since she was turned a completely different way.

Yay Simone, way to roll! She is so dang cute, and looks a LOT like her big sisters!

Congrats!

I demand more pictures b/c she is too adorable to keep all to yourself!

We don't seem to be anywhere near rolling yet. Her colic is better one week, awful the next. It is affecting how much tummy time and play time she gets so I won't be surprised if she doesn't roll for a while. But she will probably be sitting up/standing up early as that is what she always wants to do.

She is so stinkin' cute! Great pic!

Ronan started rolling over some time in December... I don't remember the exact day off the top of my head. He doesn't do it all the time yet, but at least once every few days or so. He tolerates tummy time MUCH better than DD did!

Yay Simone for rolling!!! Shes a cutie! Brad can roll from his belly to his back but not the other way and Kaylee is trying she is almost there. I think they would be both be rolling if I did more tummy time with them, kind of slacking in that department. How often does Simone get tummy time?

Not often. Prior to rolling because she hates it Its only been the last 3 days where she doesn't wail when she rolls onto her tummy. She spent alot of time on the play mat with her siblings because they like to lay on it with her. They call the playmat "The beach. " They ask "can we take Simone to the beach?"
