Okay, so I'm going through the things we need- and it's all the major baby stuff since I gave away or trashed what we had leftover in the house...
Anyways, I was looking at swings last night and then started looking at high chairs... I hate high chairs. They are all cheap and nasty and food gets into every nook and cranny. BUT our last high chair- I just literally threw away and we've had it for five years. My 2.5 year old still used it (because it can be raised to counter height or lowered to table height.
So I figure once again, I'll probably be using a high chair for a while. I like the convenience of it- if not the usual looks or how hard they are to clean.
I saw this highchair on Amazon and now I WANT to have it! But it's so darn expensive!
First- a pedestal! Why don't all high chairs come with a pedestal? I hate the typical legs on a high chair- it makes them hard to slide into a table if you remove the tray (which we eventually did on our last one). The pedestal would make it easy to slide up to the table once the baby is a bit older.
Second- easy to clean! What? No way!
Third- no more of those clicky-button thingies to raise it up or down!
