If you have had a csection?

My scar/incision from my previous sections is really sore! Has anyone else noticed this? I have an OB appt this PM and I plan on asking, but I'm just curious if others have noticed this as well.

I noticed this a lot in the beginning and mine is starting to become a little tender again. I think it might be the scar tissue stretching, but from what I understand it's fairly common. Can't hurt to mention it to the doctor though.

I have had little bits of pain around the incision area on the inside throughout the pregnancy, but nothing that has been really bad or really sore.

I noticed it a bit with my last pregnancy.....not so much this time but it's been almost 8 yrs since my section ( I had a VBAC last time). Anyway one thing though when I had my epidural during labor last time the only place it didnt "take" was right at my scar.

I had some pain/pulling early on in the pregnancy, not so much now. I don't have much feeling around my scar. My OB said it was most likely adhesions/scar tissue are the incision site. I had a tone of adhesion pain with my second pregnancy, but thankfully it has been better this go around. I would still mention it to your OB just to be safe...airing on the side of caution is never a bad idea.

So I talked to my OB about it and he sd that of course this being my 3rd section that I am at an increased risk of uterine rupture ESP. since my uterus is now stretched to 48 cm! Anyway, he did say that we will just keep an eye on it for now, but if I start to bleed or get stabbing pain in it to get seen ASAP.

I had some soreness when my belly first started to grow and it started to stretch. The only other time I had any discomfort there was at my last midwife appointment when she pressed pretty hard on it (feeling around for baby's position). But it was only for a second and I can press on it now and not feel anything.
