I'm home!... But not for long... Another Update #2

Update #2:
I'm home! Again. I walk in as instructed and the dr tells me that the attending in charge is not keen on keeping me so they ran labs and did bp and everything was fine so they sent me home on bedrest again. I am to follow up on Wednesday.

My SO and I will be starting the Evening Primrose Massages tonight in leu of my pending induction which will be sometime after next Tuesday (I'll be over 37 weeks!!!) I'm too chicken to take the capsules orally just yet so I'll punch a whole in them and use them as suppositories.

Update:

I've been summoned to return to the hospital to be readmitted. It was never their intention to have me follow up as an outpatient so the other hospital made a mistake.
The silver lining is that the doctor agreed that they would continue to monitor me and if everything continues to trend positively they will wait till 37 weeks to move forward with the induction. I was also happy that I was able to prep her bag as well as mine for after her arrival. Here's hopin for 37 weeks again! (September 6th!)

So after being evacuated to another hospital (apparently the only one open on the island) this morning the dr came in and told me he's sending me home. Baby girl, labs and bp all look good. My instructions are to follow up with my original hospital on Monday. I'm so very happy to be home!

Glad to hear you at least got a little break from the hospital and could get bags, etc organized. That must feel great!

What does the evening primrose do? Soften the cervix?

I wonder if I should try that in a week or 2??
