What is your favorite vacation you've ever taken? Where is somewhere you'd love to visit?

Ok, well here goes. OUr wedding wasn't anything big or fancy. I didn't have any of the traditional things - no cake, white dress *it was actually a borrowed dress, and purple of all things*. We did use a church only because the town didn't have a JP. It was only hubbys parents that showed up and my SIL/BIL who were Best Man/Maid of Honor. After, the inlaws took my 2 boys back to their house, hubby and I went back home for a bit, changed and just relaxed then headed to the inlaws. MIL made a nice roast dinner with all the fixings and hubbys brother bought me a bottle of rum and hubby a bottle of vodka and we played darts and drank the night away till 3am. Reason we got married that way is because I don't have much of a relationship with my parents and family is so scattered, and neither of our familys "or us for that matter at that time" had much money for anything big and fancy. At times it does kinda bother me because I always dreamed of the fancy wedding dress, cake, reception etc and I didn't get that, but at the same time, I realize that you don't always need the fancy things to be happy, and getting married was what we wanted and we found a very cheap way to do what we wanted. I do hope to some day have enough money to do a vowel renewal or something and have the white dress and family/friends and a reception.

We were married November 20th, 2004. Excuse the bad quality of the pic my MIL was taking and them and she's not very good at pic taking sometimes, I dont seem to have any other ones, and this one was one of my favs anyways.

Favourite vacation would have to be when I was about 7 years old. My parents flew the whole family to Peuto Vallarta, Mexico. Not too sure on where I'd like to visit, I would like to go back to Mexico so I can enjoy it more that I'm older.. being a kid I was sorta restricted lol.

As for pets we have a 30 gallon tank with 2 cichlids, 2 fruit tetras, a neon tetra and an algae eater - we hope to expand that at some point because there's tons of room to add more fish. We have 2 cats, Garfield and Koda and most recently we got a puppy for the family, we got her as an early Christmas gift last year. Her name is Mindy and she's a Jack Russel Terrier.

This is Garfield. We've had him since birth and he'll be 4 in October.

This is Koda. He has 1 blue and 1 yellow eye, and also when he was born, he was breech and we suspect his tale was broke when he was born. This is an older pic, he hasn't changed much except get fatter. We've also had him since birth and he'll be 5 in October. Both cats were born almost exact same time a year apart.

And here is Mindy. She's now 6 months old.

Well right now I like my bedroom because I can curl up and go to sleep, however I like my living room. We need to paint and put up some more pics because we rearranged when we bought our new furniture so now you noticed the couple bare walls. Here's a pic. It's hard to get a shot of the whole room the way it's built but the other wall across the room facing the couch just has the tv stand on it.

Ok, so being plus sized I'm usually not one to share many pics butttttt here ya go!

Very last belly pic when I was pregnant with Heather. I was looking VERY unimpressed because hubby was acting dumb at that moment and I wasn't amused one little bit! I do have another one where I was laughing.

This is my last full pic when I was pregnant with Hailey - taken almost a year ago  I was 35 weeks and funny thing is, the day I ended up in labor I had put off my belly pic for that day. I had told my oldest that we'd do it later, and I stupidly never even thought to get my hubby to take one in the hospital. I was actually pretty upset for a while after she was born bbecause of it. You can tell I was really tired and sore at this point though.

As for planning on more kids that'd have to be a big NO! LOL. Then again, after we had my 2nd we were done, then decided one more. Along came Heather and we were finally happy and our family was complete we got our girl. Well, surprise surprise along came another one, Miss. Hailey, and THEN we were done. We beat the odds and had 2 of each, we were DONE! Well here we are, with a little oopsy bean lol, but hubby mentioned going to get snipped so I'm going to officially say we're done but nothing is official till that is actualy done Lol

Favourite day is Friday. That means for the next 2 days hubby can get up with all the kids and I can stay in bed and relax a bit longer.

Favourite tv shows would have to be: House, Criminal Minds, CSI (all of them), Greys Anatomy, Idol, Hells Kitchen. Don't think I can pick a favourite movie, there's quite a few I really enjoy but to pick one right now quickly I'll say Twilight Biggrin

Mostly when the tv is on it's cartoons. The mornings are filled with cartoons as well as a bit of the afternoons. At night it's shows that hubby and I watch *listed above*, or anything else that we might just randomly watch if there's nothing on.

Are you a SAHM or what do you do?

If you could do anything you wanted as far as a job, what would it be?

I am a SAHM and have been since I had my first. I did work for a while but due to some circumstances I had left the job and never went back to work. I enjoy being a SAHM though, and I"m a bit of a sticky person when it comes to leaving my kids, I'd rather teach them and see their firsts than possibly miss out with them in day care/at family members while I'm working, learning things I might not want them to learn or done 'my way' lol.

If I could do anything I wanted for a job, it would have to be something that I could be comfortable all day. I have a bad back so standing/walking/bending over for long periods of time isn't an option. I've always liked office work and working with computers so maybe something along that lines with decent pay Smile

Here's a pic of all the kids from our family pics we got done just before Christmas:

And here's a recent of Hailey since she's changed alot since then!

If you want to see more pics, last week we did A Day In The Life Of Hailey on our June 2010 board, there's pics of everyone except Cameron, my 2nd born, he wasn't too interested in the whole pic thing lol. There's alot of really cute ones and I couldn't decide which one I should post here the link is here: http://www.pregnancy.org/bulletinboards/showthread.php?t=656131

My "toy" would be a Maserati Gran Tourismo S. It would be black and the interior would be all custom to my likings. I used to have a pic saved on the website as to what it would look like but I don't think it's there anymore. Hubby and I had already discussed our 'toys' if we were to ever win the millions. He likes my choice in car but of course, he's a Dodge Viper boy so that would be his lol.

Thanks! There's a mix of comments as to who she looks like, I guess it depends on the day you look at her and her mood lol. I know it wasn't asked for, but this is one of the pics from that session, I think she looks like my oldest (Christopher - standing behind her), and Hailey looks like Cameron (2nd born standing behind me). But as Hailey grows I see so much of Heather in her when she was that little, including some of her looks. I could never ever say these kids weren't related, they all look too much alike!!

How did you and DH meet? (wait, did someone ask that already?)

How were your previous deliveries? What were you happy or not happy with?

Hubby ans I met at a friends house and it was that time we knew we liked each other. Took us 4 months after that first meeting to get together. That was June 1999, this June marks year 12 for us Smile

As for previous deliveries:

Baby #1 - The delivery went rather well. I'm not a picky person in terms of what does or doesn't happen. I don't have a plan or anything like that, they know what they're doing and they will do what's needed to make sure me and my baby are safe. My only request is hubby cuts the cord if possible. While I was there a while due to stalling, my only complaint would have had to be my MIL. Omg that woman drove me nuts, and I was already a nervous wreck, and there was alot of other things going on that I'll not mention but during/after I wished the woman was NOT there. I was happy with the staff and how they handled things and treated me.

Baby #2 - I delivered at the hospital here in town since we had learned that we did have a baby Dr and that my old dr with #1 never sent us to the prenatal clinic. I ended up having to be induced, which was fine, however, the nurse left the machine up too long at the highest setting, so when my body kicked in, I pushed him out when I was between 8-9cms dilated, and he didn't just 'come out' he FLEW out. TMI, but there was blood EVERYWHERE, and if the nurse hadn't gotten there when she did from getting gowns, he would have ended up on the floor . Due to that, his faced was all bruised up and swollen from the fast force of coming out and I hurt so bad 'down there' for 2 weeks, I couldn't even sit on the toilet to pee because that alone hurt like heck. Standing was impossible for more than a couple mins too. I was also treated like I knew NOTHING about breast feeding and was told I had to "wait for the breastfeeding expert' to show up. I knew what to do, did it very well with my first, I did NOT need to wait for anyone but they insisted . I was not happy with any of it. Oh and also due to the way he came out, I believe it's screwed up my back because I've had constant lower back pains since not long after he was born.

Baby #3 - Again, delivered here in town and this time I was treated much better than the last. I did have to be induced due to my water being broke for who knows how long (her head was so far down that I could only have a slow leak when sitting/laying certain ways). So when I went in to get checked, they had me walk around lots before finally say that nothing was progressing and that I would be induced. Outside of the nurse chewing her gum super loud with her mouth open making me want to punch the heck outta her, I was treated good and when she was born I did NOT have to wait for anyone to feed her. The Dr was great and the other nurses were great as well, especially when I ended up panicking because she was choking due to a bunch of fluid still in her. They got her cleared up and good quickly.

Last baby - Everything was great - since we no longer have a baby dr in town I had to deliver out of town where baby #1 was born. The nurses were cheerful and talkative. Again, was induced and while it was the middle of the night, and I couldn't sleep, they did their best to make me comfy. We talked and laughed etc. The whole delivery process was great and I couldn't have asked for a better group of staff to deliver Hailey with. I'm hoping to have most of them again this time around.

Basically things were good for the most part, but with my first couple there was alot of things happening that either shouldn't have happened or could have just been better period. The Dr's themselves were great, but some of the nurses I had to deal with before/during/after I could have done without.
