I have an appointment tomorrow so i'll ask there too but since I'm a FTM all these feelings (and pains) are new to me. First of all I think I'm feeling my uterus or something. It feels like I have a balloon filled with water in my belly and it hurts some times! Last Friday I sat on the toilet and it felt like this "ball" moved! Yes, I know it's weird, but it felt like it contracted or something. It was very painful. Happened again later in the day too and that night my belly was sore to the touch. This morning I got up to use the restroom and I had pains like if they were coming from my ovaries down to my pelvic region on both sides. Also very uncomfortable. Could all these be RL pains? Should I be concerned?

The pain you described coming from your ovaries down to your pelvic region definitely sounds like RL pain. You might be having some Braxton Hicks mixed in there with it. Definitely describe it to your doctor and see what they say. It feels different for different people, so it's always good to be sure. Even though I've experienced it before, I still describe it to my midwife just be on the safe side.
my uterus hurts too. more sore than anything. and the pain from ovaries sounds like what i have. i get them when i sneeze mostly, but also when i roll over in bed, get out of bed, sit down on anything, stand up from sitting. i now move very slowly to prevent me from pulling those ligaments. i hve braxton hicks occasionally, but they dont hurt. just feel like a little pressure and my uterus gets really hard for a few seconds. i felt a moving ball last week on the left side of my tummy, but i am pretty sure it was the baby moving in there. i would definately ask about it, us first time mommies can never be too careful.
I don't know about the belly pain, but my RL pain is on the sides as well, around where my ovaries are as well (I think).
