What is your favorite place to eat out, either sit-down or fast-food?

We rarely eat out, but when we do, there are a few places we love.

If it's just Chris and I, we love Ruth's Chris. I haven't enjoyed it as much since I've been pg but normally it's heavenly.

If we're going to eat out as a family, there's a Mexican restaurant in Calabasas called the Sagebrush Cantina that we like to go to.

If I'm getting something quick, I have two options healthy and unhealthy. If I want healthy I'll go to Togo's and get a sandwich. If I want unhealthy I go to a chain called Fatburger...they make the best burgers and fries around.

I absolutely LOVE Wendys! We don't have one in town so it's what we usually get when we go out of town. I also love Mr. Sub, it's a place like Subway only their subs are a million times better IMO. I don't think they have Mr. Subs in the US. We also don't have one in town so sometimes when we're out of town, we'll stop and get one just cause we want a GOOD sub for once lol. Subway's are good but sometimes their buns arent fresh, hard meatballs etc.

Anyways, restaurant wise which we can sit in or call to have it delivered, is a local restaurant called Mama's. They make the best pizza, poutine and ugh, everything in general around lol. Prices are pretty cheap and you get ALOT of food. Their chicken burgers are made with real chicken, breaded, and are so big that you gotta eat all the chicken that's hanging out of the bun first before you can eat is as a whole burger with all the fixings. Mmmmm, just thinking about it and their poutine makes me super hungry . Too bad I'd only eat about half the fries before I got full LOL. This baby doesn't want me to eat I think, i dont eat much without saving what's left for later or handing it off to someone else Lol

This sounds like Brandon at dinner time, lol. He's great for breakfast and lunch but dinner comes around and it's a complete nightmare.

On the expensive side DH and I have a once a year splurge restaurant. It's a Brazilian steakhouse called Leblon: http://www.leblonsteakhouse.com/

We're going for our anniversary this year and I cannot WAIT to go.

As for every day places? We enjoy a good Thai place or dim sum place. Our go to place with the kids though is a diner owned by one of DH's church members called Blue Ribbon Diner.

For something quick, i like jimmy John's subs or quizno's. Subway just isn't that great anymore. We also have a burger place called Cook out,. Mmmm. I love their burgers.

Now, if I was in CA???? Oh my......endless loves out there.

Katie-California does have some great places to eat.

I love local places. Before we bought our house we lived in West LA and there was this little place a block away called the Overland Cafe. They had great food and on the weekends they had all-you-can-drink mimosas for like 5 bucks a person. It was awesome. We used to walk there.

There was also this place in Santa Monica I think called 21Beach. They had the most amazing french toast combinations. My favorite was the Elvis: peanut butter, banana, and jelly.

with us being so busy doing too much, we tend to eat out a good bit, or just make quickie meals. not to healthy, i know. Sad i live in the middle of nowhere, so yo have to drive atleast 45 minutes to find anything yummy. There is a hibachi joint that is about 45 minutes away that is good and they make some really good spicy salmon rolls. There is a sushi joint in Harrisburg that is amazing, and for $25 you get all the sushi you can eat. im talking the expensive and cheapy rolls included. i have been craving sushi SO BAD this last week, and now i want one even more now that im typing about it.

I really love J. Alexander's... it's a sit-down restaurant chain, but I think it's just in the midsouth, although I could be wrong on that. If we're going a little fancier (with no kids) there's a local place called Park Cafe that has AMAZING food. But it's more gourmet/expensive, so we only go on special occasions. For more of a fast food/burger place I love Five Guys.

We haven't found any local places here that we just love... but, that's probably due to my weird preggo tastebuds and no budget for eating out with the new house. If we are out shopping and need something fast, we'll normally just pick up soup/salad/sandwiches from Panera just down the road.
