I was next in line and I got it. I have been vomiting and have had diarrhea for the entire night and still going strong at almost 6am. I can't even keep water down.
I am debating whether I should OB. They really can't do anything for me and this virus will need to run it's course.

Sorry I'm stalking you! I know yours is from the virus, but I had the same exact thing the night before I went into labor with Miles, and my dr said to come in to get checked...at least get fluids in me (I was assuming an IV), but turns out I was in full blown labor. I'd at least call them to see if they have any suggestions. Good luck!
So sorry you got sick too. It can't hurt to give the OB a call.

I agree. Call the OB. These types of viruses can cause labor because of the irritation to the stomach, intestines, and bowels, and since you are going for a c-section (can't remember reasoning), they'd want to know. Plus, the dehydration can cause labor as well.
Please at least call so they can tell you to get an IV if necessary.
I know you're not stupid and wouldn't avoid care if necessary, but dehydration can come on soooo easily for a pregnant momma and you DON'T want to be dehydrated and in labor, trust me!!! I was so dehydrated with my 2nd that they couldn't get the IV an had to have someone come up from the ped ward cause they are used to working with smaller veins and mine were only small because of dehydration.
I hope you feel better soon. I HATE the stomach flu!
