Has anyone started back at the gym yet? I am 2 weeks postpartum and I decided to go to the gym today. I am a little nervous because I don't want to stop my body from healing, but I also don't want to hold onto this baby weight. I gained 60lbs from my first son, and I was never able to lose the last 13lbs. This time I only gained 37, and I have been able to get rid of everything but 9lbs. I am also breast feeding...so I am really hoping that helps in the weight loss department. I anyone has any good weight loss tips...you can throw them my way I really want to feel good about myself again!!!!
