Is anyone still exercising? I made myself a goal at the beginning of this pg that I would work out a minimum of 3 days a week. I am happy to say that there was one week that I only did 2 days, but have done 3 (usually 5) day the rest. It is definitely getting harder though. I think I am going to have to stop my workout video because my joints seem to be getting to loose, but I do plan on doing the treadmill for 30 minutes/day. My hope is that it will help with delivery, recovery, and postpartum weight loss. And if it sent me into labor within the next couple weeks I would complain.
