Is anyone still exercising? I made myself a goal at the beginning of this pg that I would work out a minimum of 3 days a week. I am happy to say that there was one week that I only did 2 days, but have done 3 (usually 5) day the rest. It is definitely getting harder though. I think I am going to have to stop my workout video because my joints seem to be getting to loose, but I do plan on doing the treadmill for 30 minutes/day. My hope is that it will help with delivery, recovery, and postpartum weight loss. And if it sent me into labor within the next couple weeks I would complain. Wink

I am still working out. Just got done with 30 minutes on the elliptical. That is my favorite at this point in pregnancy. But I will also still walk on the treadmill too. I usually work out about 4 days a week but my goal is 5 days. I plan on working out up until the big day. I would like to think exercise would help with delivery (I have only had c-sections) but I really do think it helps me recover quicker.

I am still going for a walk everyday with DS in the stroller. I have noticed I am much slower the past week or so but it is better than nothing!

Yes! 3 days a week at the gym and 2 days a week at home on my elliptical or walking around town with dd so 5 days a week anything more is just extra!! But 5 is where I like to be at and still going strong lol

Had to stop swimming laps about 2-3 weeks ago. Was starting to have terrible pain and cramping after swimming and MFS said to take it easy now...I'm jealous of you guys still going!!! Labor is going to be so much easier for you!

No working out for me. I had every intention but I never ended up doing it. I started work last week though (I work in the cafeteria at my DD's school) so I figure being on my feet in the kitchen is a workout. I'm only working until the end of the month though.
