I am still waiting for my little guy to come too. I am 38 wks 1 day and have been dilated to a 2 for 2 wks now. I have an appt Thurs when Dr will strip me so I am thinking maybe this weekend. I am taking EPO, walking, DTD, etc to encourage things along but he seems pretty cozy.
I hope Emma comes soon, the last few weeks of waiting and wondering when seem soooooo loooonnngggg!

Yea it feels like forever..Emma is pretty cozy too..They tell me if she is moving a lot that she wont come out just yet, is that true? she moves a lot at night mostly...I do want her here but I also am terrified of giving birth since I have a very low tolerance for pain and well Im expecting the worst excruciating pain ever!! but at the same time I am feeling just exhausted and want to meet her already...I have an appt on wed if she doesnt make her apperance by then..I hope our LO's comes soon Jojo.. Thanks Harlee for the labor vibes Smile how are the Boys doing? lil sis must be having a ball with them

They are doing well - we are all getting to know each other!

And try not to worry too much about the pain - the less anxious you can try and be the better!

I'm still here. As of last week I wasn't dilated at all which is unusual. With my other 3 I was dilated to 2cm at this point.....Oh well. Doc said he would induce me next week if I wanted to but I think I'm going to hold out and see what happens.
I agree, try not to worry to much about the pain. You will be ok. I find that picking my happy spot (which would on Main st at disney world Smile ) helps me. Of course I've never gone through all of labor med free and had epidurals each time.

You know you're ready for baby when the pain of labor is something you wish you would start feeling! But, I agree with the pp don't stress about the pain...you'll do fine and epidirals are awesome! I'm going natural this time (I didn't get an epi with DS until I was at a nine last time) so I am looking forward to a new experience.
As far as baby moving, I have heard the same thing but am not sure how true it is, they might just slow down the movement due to lack of space.
I am excited to see how everyone else is, I know we have some new arrivals to hear about! Smile

I'm still here, too. My little man is taking his time, but I still have time until my due date. DD made her appearance at 38 1/2 weeks which would put me at next Sunday. We'll see what happens. I am having contractions, but nothing regular. We DTD last night and for about an hour and a half I had ctx that were about 6-7 minutes apart, but they stopped as soon as I got comfy. Blum 3 I walked around the mall this afternoon hoping to make something happen, but it doesn't look like I'm ripe yet. My next appointment is on Wednesday, so we'll see if anything has shifted.

I am still here, but only until Friday. Had my pre-op appointment this morning. Looking forward to being done with work and if course to meet this LO.

I am still here and plan on being here for a while. I'm due on the 30th and was 8 days late with my daughter so I doubt I will go much before my due date.

I agree with everyone's advice- don't stress too much about labor. The truth is that no one can predict exactly what will happen anyway so just go in with an open mind. Know that you may not be able to follow your birth plan exactly as things don't always go as planned. On the other hand, your labor could go quicker and easier than you are fearing. Whatever you endure to get through, you will get through it and begin living your dream of being a mommy.

Well, I was due yesterday too, but with my 41+1 and 42+1 babies, I'm not surprised to still be pregnant. I want to avoid an induction this time (yes, thats right, I still had to be induced at 42 weeks last time!!). I really hope this baby is nice to me, and at least wants to come out in September!!

I'm still here! My due date is not until the 28th so I may be one of the last to go. I'm hoping sometime in the next week though, DD was 38 weeks and 3 days.

I had a really long doctor's appointment yesterday and our receptionist started telling people she though I was in labor! She was very surprised when I finally made it in.

Had my appointment and there is progress! Midwife said my cervix is low and soft, baby's head is down, and I am easily 1-2 cm dilated. I have been having mild contractions for the past 3 hours, so we're hoping for showtime soon!
