    Unhappy Cramps and stretching?

So a friend told me that with her first two kids she didn't have cramping or many stretching pains but with her third it was terrible. I now understand what she means! In my other two pregnancies I had no issues of feeling these bothersome pains. However, today it feels someone has ripped my lower abdomen and is using it as a trampoline. Should I be concerned or is this normal? No spotting or anything just cramps.

I have had some cramps with this one and the back pain OMG! I wish my back could have had longer to heal before I give birth again. From what I have read, it's normal. But they said if you start bleeding or the pain is REALLY bad, then go to the drs.

I've had some cramping as well. I think that it's fine if you are not spotting. Try and take it easy and drink lots of water.

Glad I'm not the only one. I did call my dr today since I have still been having some and he said that it is normal but that if I keep having them he will have me come in. Of course he told me to take Tylenol, drink lots of water and relax. Apparently this week a lot of ligaments are stretching.

This is my third too and I'm feeling exactly the same. I really feel more crampy, stretchy and sore with this one. Esp in my back too. Maybe it's just because I'm older and running around after two now?

LOL baby4s I feel the same way! I'm no spring chicken by any means. I will be 35 when this little one comes.

Yes running after my other two while pregnant has truly made me age in a short period of time.....or at least it feels that way . When I get an opportunity to relax the cramping goes away. I have had the stretching and cramping for about 3 days now its not to bad but it is enough that I have to stop what I'm doing sit down a second and drink some water. I did call the dr and read some articles and this is normal so I don't feel so bad. And yes the back pain sucks also but I'm a little more use to it since my son sat on my sciatic the last 3 months of pregnancy and they hit a nerve with the epidural during my second delivery. So aches and pains in my back and hips is a little more norm for me.

Not feeling crampy myself, but the stretching and round ligament pains have been quite bothersome for a few weeks now.
