I agree with everyone else- go shopping! Bring home some takeout for dinner so you don't have to cook for everyone. Relax and enjoy your day.
Is there anything your MIL likes to do craft wise that you could do together? Like scrapbooking or knitting? Maybe if you find her a project that will help keep her busy and her mind off of things and also out of your hair? Or, do you still need to organize anything in Delia/Sadie's room? Even if it's just folding clothes or putting stuff in dresser drawers? She could do that and then she would be in one room and not following you around the house. I hope the day goes really quickly for you and isn't nearly as bad as you think it might be.
