So I went to pick Leia up last night and told my 'friend' that I was seeing a lady today about having her. Her reaction was 'good, the sooner the better'. I said well if the woman can't have her like now, would she still have her for me next week and she said 'well I'm a bit pissed off with you to be honest' then all hell broke loose.

She accused me of taking the piss, taking advantage because I was paying her pittons which btw, she arranged. I had no say in what I paid her, she decided everything! Then she had a go at me because as a friend, I did nothing with her!! One, I barely get time to see my own family, two she knows I never go out and three, she knew what I was going through for Leia's Dad and I was trying to make the effort to do things with him at weekends.
Then, she'd told me a guy who worked with Leia's dad had been bad mouthing him and of course, I told him as he considered him a friend. Well, I was the biggest b*tch for saying anything and she'd NEVER have done that if her friend had told her that about her fella. Cuz of this, she didn't know who I was anymore and I wasn't the person she thought I was.

I could not believe what I was hearing and I asked her why she was being so nasty about me and then she slammed her gate right in my face!!! My reaction was 'f*cking hell' and she shouted something and told me not to bother bringing Leia up this morning.

So, I have no official CM atm. Leia is currently at a friend of my sisters who I know, but not that well. It's horrible.

I'm going to see that woman on my lunch today so fingers crossed she'll take her for me.

holy crap!!

im sorry that happened! she seems a bit on the crazy side. i do have to ask this random question...does she have the accent too? im trying to imagine this fight in my head and of course i have to throw in the accents.

Kristi, Ryan does need a playmate. he will play with his toys next to our back glass door so he can see his reflection and have someone to play with!! haha!! just pack her a little suitcase and send her on her way! i will return her all in one piece!

Ash you do make me laugh. I should call you one day, although probably wouldn't get a word in edge ways with you howling at my accent hahaha.

I've sorted a minder out!! Woooooooo! Price is steep but I know the woman (she used to be my dance teacher and she has fostered lots of kids) and her house is like a little play area, Leia will LOVE it!

BTW, I can't believe you're both preggo!! I will be stalking you both

lol Ashley ..I do that too with the accents. Grace also plays in the mirror with her "friend" and with our cat. She brings him toys and books and expects him to read or play too. lol I feel bad she doesn't have friends to play with at her age. Sometimes I find myself wanting to have her a little brother or sister sooner.

Kristi - I hope it works out with this new lady and sorry your friend bailed on ya.
