Thread: Back here for the third time!

Seems like just yesterday I was here shortly before getting married, DESPERATE to have a baby. Now, I gots me two babies and am thinking about trying for a third.

I have been on the fence for two years now about having another baby. Often times, dead set against it. But lately I've been a bit more excited about the possibility. A third baby would most definitely be our last though.

So, if I continue to want another baby we'll be TTC Dec/Jan. Ideally I'd like an October baby. So, hopefully it wont take too long. Anyone else waiting til the new year to TTC?

Hi, I used to post here as youbeme, but after too many login woes I stopped posting here. Now the idea of number three is getting more serious and I find myseld back here. I could have typed your post word for word. My first two are only 16 months apart and I am feeling human again and I can actually let the thought of three enter my mind! So many pros and cons to think about. We keep saying when the youngest is two, which means March for us. So much to consider! I'll be stalking you to see how it works out for you! LOL

Welcome back ladies! It seems that making the jump to kiddo #3 is a big decision. I've met lots of ladies on this board that were going through the same thing.

Thanks for the welcome back! Yeah, jumping to three kids is a much bigger decision than I thought it would be. Oy!! In the end, I know I wouldn't regret having another baby, but I might regret NOT having one. So, it's looking like it's gonna happen.

As much as pregnancy terrifies me!! lol

Welcome back! Three does seem scary at times, but like you said, I know that if I don't at least try for the third I will regret it forever and would never regret having a third child.

My mom had 5 kids, and had always wanted 6. They decided to stop at 5 and she still says that she would have loved 6...lol...crazy lady!

My mom had 5 too! We have quite a bit in common, Noelle! haha! ETA: I'm also in Ontario. :P Just east of Toronto.

What was your game plan when TTC your first two? Are you the variety that gets PG right out the gates or does it take a few times at bat?

Our first took us 3 cycles (I have long cycles, usually ovulating on CD23). Our second took us 9 cycles. It was torture. lol. Nothing special, just good old fashioned FAM and extra BDing around O.

You asked in the other thread, I could just answer here, haha, no I'm not on birth control. I've been doing FAM for 8 years now and love it. I hate hormonal birth control. Currently, we use condoms around my fertile time though.
