    Default Goals before TTC?

Anyone have specific goals they want to accomplish before they TTC, such as paying off debt, losing weight etc?

I really want to lose 20lbs so that when I gain 20lbs back I am where I am right now! ha ha

I'd like to know this too! Mine was painful going in so I'm a little nervous about how it will be coming out.

As for goals before TTC, DH and I want to have a down payment on a house saved up before pregnant again. Daycare in the SF bay area is so expensive, I'm dreading what it will be like with 2. Here's to convincing my parents to move up and watch the LOs!

LOL Carolyn - good luck with the grandparents! Daycare in the Northeast is also crazy expensive. It's why I work from home two days a week so we only need daycare three days and with three kids we won't even be able to afford that.

Ok, I totally just wrote something and it didn't show up so if this shows as a double sorry!

I'm totally working on getting my parents up here. I really think it's only a matter of time. My sis lives up here too, and since we are all grown and moved out, they really don't need a big house. Daycare is crazy up here. Right now Olivia's daycare is only 100 less than our rent and we live in a nice neighborhood that we really won't be able to afford to buy in. And it's the middle road of what we could afford, the one I really wanted to put her in was 100 more than our rent!

My one and only goal is to pass my comprehensive exams. Once I pass I'm heading to get my IUD yanked immediately.

IUDs shouldn't hurt to be taken out. I asked at my annual and was told its quick, easy, and painless.

I got my IUD out 3 weeks before getting preggo and it didnt hurt at all! I didnt even realize that she was doing it and she was already done! I thought that it would take longer and be more painful, but it took her about 2 secs to take it out once she had the speculum in! Hope that helps you ladies!!
