    Default Slow Cooker Turkey

I have a 6.5 qt slow cooker and can fit an 8 lbs stuffed bird. I usually stuff with vegetables (never tried with bread stuffing). I will try to find a link but for now, this is what I do:

Place stuffed bird in slow cooker with chicken broth (usually use about 1 cup I think)
    Oil and season bird
Cook on HIGH for 6-8 hours
Take out and place in a roasting pan/cake pan and BROIL for 20-30 minutes (depending on your crispiness liking)

It will pull apart of the bone and have the crispy, roasting skin.

Here's the link I found when I first did this. I love doing turkey this way - it really does make a juicy turkey. The link doesn't add the broiling at the end but I really suggest it (especially if you like crispy skin like me).

Oh yes and I use it about once month or so.
Usually I make moose meat roast with potatoes and carottes.

I made spag sauce, chicken, chilli (yum), and a lot more...

I have a crockpot and I love it!! I wish I'd use it more often though...I like to put it a whole fryer chicken with carrots, onions, and potatoes. I add two cans of chicken broth and sprinkle some basil. I let it cook on low for 8-10 hours and it's delicious!!
