Do you exercise regularly? What type of exercise do you like/dislike?

I think I'm allergic to exercise, I get hot and puffy and break out in a sweat...

Seriously though, I take Will for a walk every day, I love to walk.
But I am NOT a gym person. I suck at going to the gym, I've been less than a handful of times and I'm horrible. I go on one machine to see how it works then I get bored and try the next machine. I end up spending more time cleaning the machines once I'm done then I do actually exercising.

This is me. I do exercise somewhat on a regular basis. I like hiking so I tend to do that over everything else with the dog.

I try! If it's not raining I walk two days a week on the days I have a flex schedule and am home with the kids. I also try to walk once a week with DH and the kids. I'd like to get back into my Pilates DVDs but haven't managed to do that yet.... :rolleyes:

I hate running! I wish I could swim for exercise but gym fees are too expensive for one with a pool for the once a week I'd manage to go.

I actually love to exercise. I don't know if any of you ever watch Louie but there's this one part where he's talking about how he runs 5 miles every other day just to maintain his s*** body. Lol That's kinda how I feel. I speed walk 2-3 miles every day in a really hilly area pushing like 80lbs of stroller+kids and then I also do 45 min. of Zumba 3-4 days a week. And I still weigh 165!! haha because I LOVE FOOD!!

I also love to exercise Smile I'm sure you all are sick of my talking about it by now lol

I teach Zumba 3 times a week, usually practice at home on the days I don't have zumba (haven't been doing that this week Sad )

My friend & I have also started running twice a week, there is a really cool trail right by our houses that is just over 3 miles and we've actually been mostly running (at first it was more walking with a little running)

I never lost weight exercising alone, but once I changed my diet I lost 20 pounds, and I'm losing more every day, last year at this time I was a size 14, I am now down to a size 8 and still losing....I haven't been in a size 8 since I got married 4 years ago Smile

I used to go to the gym and was going up until I was 36 weeks pregnant with DS. Unfortunatly they closed down so I stopped going. We really can't afford gym fees now as well as the only two gyms in town don't have child minding and hubby is always at work and wouldn't get up early to watch DS if I were to go first thing in the morning. I would love to walk more but it's at least 5:20pm by the time I get home each afternoon and in summer it rains all the time so now I am just a fat lump and relying on breast feeding for weight loss and maintaining it.

Ummm... Not so much with the exercise. After Cecelia was born, I got really good about going to workout three time per week. Then the rest of my life got in the way. I miss it. I need another couple hours in my day! I really liked the elliptical and swimming. I REALLY dislike running.
