Intro and finding time to knit

Hi women,

I'm a long-time lurker, and I thought it was time to officially jump on board. I'm a knitter and felter and in general a yarn addict. I've got so many ufos it isn't funny. Evidently I have enough time to go online, so technically I have enough time to knit. I'm hoping that if I hang out here more often I'll be more motivated to finish some of these projects! Biggrin

Hello and welcome! I hear you on the UFO's. I should share all of my UFO's with you all just to see if I can embarrass myself(from the sheer number of them) into finishing them. Lol

I think talking about our progress definitely helps with motivation. Although we need to start sharing more of our finished objects here! I think we have gotten into the habit of posting them on ravelry that sometimes we forget to show them here.

Come on ladies! Show us some of your finished objects so us UFO-collectors can get motivated to finish them!

Anyway, welcome to the board!

Thanks Kim -- oh, is there a Ravelry pg.org group? I finally signed up for Ravelry and I love it!

eta -- nm, found it!

Hi michou! I have a few UFOs, but I've only been knitting for 1 1/2 years. I really need to crack down on starting new projects before it gets out of hand!

With 4 month old twins, I see why you can't find time to knit. Smile
