longies knitting pattern?

Hello.
I have been on PO for almost 3 years, but this is my first time to this board. I didn't even realize it was here. I have been knitting for a few years. I love it. I want to make some longies for this new baby. does anyone have a good pattern I should try? I want to make it in newborn and 0-3 month size, and the pattern I have only starts at 12 months, and I am not very good at making changes to patterns or making my own.
