I forgot to get a close up but here it is in use.
It is a wool Michelob light beer cossie. MIL only drinks that beer and regular sized cossies are to fat and short to fit this thin and tall can. The next time we go over I will have to take closer shots of it.
It has a flat bottom with a stabilizing rim all the way around so she can't tip over. And you can kid of see the finger ribbing I did for better gripping of the can. The pic is not showing the colors well, it is cranberry, purple an shades of orange, it came out nice and stripy. It took me 3 hours, a pattern out of my head just by having the measurements of the can, and it is crouched mostly single stitches.
I think it looks great! That's cool you made the pattern up yourself, too!
Thanks only issue with that is I could never duplicate it. I can't read patterns at all but give me measurements and yarn and I can make out of my head almost anything. LOL but they are all OFAK because I don't write down what I did. Well I could after if I wanted to count all the stitches but that makes it no fun doing the next one.
That looks great. I love the ergonomic features. I bet she loves it.
