Shell Stitch: Multiple of 11
Row 1: K.
Row 2: P.
Row 3: *(P2 tog) twice, (inc. 1, k1) (the increase is done with the left needle lifting the horizontal thread lying between two stitches and knitting it.)

Well you know how it is. I finished the knitting part but not the tying in of ends or steaming it.
