Sock Monkeys

Has anyone ever made any?
I started making one once, but it ended up being put away and never finished. Im thinking about starting again. Someone made me a set of sock monkeys for my babyshower, and I seriously thought that was one of the sweetest gifts ever!

noooooo, I don't know what happened but I was traumatized by a sock monkey as a child, lol! No sock monkeys in this house!

Carol Duvall loves those- they are all over her show. Did you try googling for a pattern?

They would be easy to make.

HMMMM. What's a sock monkey?

OH! I googled and now know what we're talking about. There's a lady at our nearby farmer's market who makes fabulous ones. I won't bother even trying!

This is the traditional sock monkey

These are actually pretty cute. I found several modern sock monkeys that I could live with.
