Default Where did you all go?

We had sooo much activity on here that I could hardly keep up. Now, not so much. I wanna see pictures of WIP (Works in progress) and FO's (Finished objects).

Plus, I'm still interested in the crochet-a-long. Aside from the baby sweater and booties set, I have hardly crocheted anything. I'd love to make a cap.

Umm... I've been swamped at work, and with the new house that moved into - now 2.5 weeks ago. I would love to get started knitting but I haven't had the chance yet! I have to finish unpacking the office first - and figure out where my knitting is (and will be kept)!

I'm in the process of opening a store on hyena cart, so I've been knitting for that, and trying to "network" on other boards. I'll be back!

I check in almost eveyday. I don't think anyone is knitting on the Beginner Knit along besides me. And my work computer has a block on photo bucket so i can't see any pictures of WIP or FO.

I've had tons of school work going on. Four exams this week...two down, two to go. My classes were cancelled today due to the nor'easter, the kids are on spring break.

But lots of knitting is getting done. I'm even thinking about picking up my crochet hook & trying to make one of these:

I'm here too! I actually have a couple of FO's that I haven't taken pictures of yet. Right now I'm working on a 0 - 3 month baby sweater for my cousins' brand new baby girl. I will try to take pictures of everything tonight to share!

I would be interested in trying the crochet-a-long as well. Here is one possibility...but feel free to say nay..

I was in my LYS the other day and they had the new interweave crochet magazine out, and they had some really nice patterns in there. If we bought the mag...we'd have several on-going options to choose from.

Just a thought, as always I don't want to force people to go out and by things...but magazine's tend to be a goo ddeal. 7 bucks tops and you get as many patterns as most of the books you have to buy for 20 dollars.

Here is a link to the magazine preview:

Mind you crochet will be an investment for me as I only own 2 hooks that I use for picking up dropped stitches

It's a site for women who make crafts to sell them, and it's primarily full of cloth diapering things. My store http://www.hyenacart.com/woollybums should be open in the next week or so.

Well, I have been knitting quite a bit, but haven't taken any more project pictures yet. I've been keeping an eye on things here, but only for five or ten minutes at a time! I am right now typing this between bites of leftover dinner on my way out to get my hair cut! That's pretty much my days for the last week or so, laying around resting my back and now running around getting things done before we leave for 10 days and visit family.

I'll see about when I get back, posting some more progress pictures.
