(Sorry I haven't been keeping up with this.)

What are your plans for the Summer? If you're going on a vacation, feel free to share pics of your destination if you want

We probably won't be able to go anywhere on a vacation, but I plan to spend about 3-4 days a week at the beach or water park (I would do more, but it's a bit of a drive from our house to the beach).

~Sigh~ Vacation sounds like heaven! We probably won't get to go away on a real vacation anytime soon. Hubby has way too much going on. We might take little short weekend trips if I can tear Hubby away from his work!

Oooh! I wish I lived closer to a beach....well....a nice one. How far is the beach from your house?

Hope you do get to go on some short weekend trips! Depending on which beach we go to, it's anywhere from a 30-min to 45-min drive one way.

We are going on Vacation in July but haven't decided where yet. I'm taking the summer off school and working on Mondays and Fridays only. I hope to get the apartment in better shape with all my free time and I'm working on my very 1st quilt for my dad. Hopefully it will be finished this summer.

Guess what, looks like I might be able to go on a vacation after all!!!! Trying not to get my hopes up, but my step mom wants to take me and my DD with her to the mountains in NC (Maggie Valley) for a week sometime in July or August. If my DH can get off work, he might come, too.

We just got back from a week in the Outer Banks. Most of our summer will be taken up with DH's transplant and the recovery. We leave in just 1 1/2 weeks! Thankfully someone is staying at our house to keep an eye on my garden.
