    I'm so sorry for your loss. The other ladies have given you great words of advice already.

    I've had three miscarriages, two missed and one natural. With the natural I counted but the first day of bleeding as CD1, but that was just so I had a record of when it started. I knew the cycle was unlikely to go to a normal time line so I wrote that cycle off.

    I'm doing the same. Just recorded from the first day of bleeding so that I have a starting point. I don't have any hope for this next cycle. I'm already scared for when we do get pregnant again. I keep trying to think of things that I can do to avoid another m/c but I know it's out of my hands.

    I saw the OB today for my post-m/c check up. Everything looks good. The m/c was clean, everything was expelled so no D&C necessary

    Doc said we can start trying again as soon as we want to we already have )

    Also DH is negative for HbC so we don't have to worry about that with the next pregnancy.
